Teamwork Counts K-12 School
Performed the requirements analysis, RFP development, and vendor selection for an upgrade of the school's campus wide data network and the replacement of their PBX phone system with a VoIP system. The scope of this project also included the deployment of a new campus wide wireless network, in addition to the wired data network, a new VoIP telephone system and new network security and management systems. Malanaphy Consulting also performed quality assurance services during the implementation of the new network.
